As 2015 comes to an end, we have been reflecting on all of the memorable moments of the year. And what a remarkable one it was! We hosted four major events: Salute to Our Heroes, the B.F. Adam Golf Classic Tournament, Salute to the Stars, and the Houston Methodist Cy-Hoops Invitational. We also redesigned our logo and launched a new website. But most importantly, none of this could have been possible without the generous support of our donors. This blog is just a small token of our appreciation for everything you have done for us!
As each year passes, the cost of tuition rises. This makes it increasingly difficult for the students of CFISD to pursue higher education. We believe that education is the key to success. With this goal in mind, CFEF has provided college scholarships for CFISD graduating seniors for more than 45 years and has raised funds for staff development grants since 1998. As CFISD grows and the cost of education increases, the Foundation must continually expand its donor base to raise more funds.
We had a fantastic 2015 and we can thank all of our donors for your time, gifts, and kind hearts. While it would take us a novel to thank each of you individually in this blog, we want you to know that we appreciate you every single day. You are making a lasting impact on countless students in the Cy-Fair area and they will remember you for the rest of their lives as they achieve their dreams, both educationally and professionally. We look forward to 2016 and all the surprises the New Year will hold for us!
