In this week’s blog, we will provide a profile on one of our newest members to the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation Board of Trustees: Jill Smith. Jill is a Broker Associate/Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. Better Homes and Gardens has a deep commitment to home ownership that builds quality of life for individuals, families, and communities since 1924.
Jill is a highly distinguished real estate agent in our community. She has received 9 industry awards, including 2014 & 2015 – Top 2% Nationwide among Better Homes and Gardens agents, and 2014 & 2015 Emerald Elite Award Winner, Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. In addition, Jill has pursued multiple designations within the real estate industry – Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) to name a few.
With 24 years of sales experience, including nine years in the pharmaceutical industry, Jill is an accomplished business woman. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in finance. Jill resides in the Cy-Fair area with her husband and their children. Her interests include spending time with family, traveling, reading, water sports, snow skiing, and golf.
